Carolyn Brock
Introducing Carolyn, a lawyer with over 25 years of experience in global technology companies and five years in the healthcare sector. She's commercially savvy and practical, meaning she's excellent at dealing with the legal side of business in a way that makes sense for everyone involved.
Carolyn has managed legal functions for big companies like Philips Electronics and BT Australasia, so she knows how to work closely with sales, operations, and commercial teams. Recently, she's been working with eHealth NSW to support the procurement and management of ICT solutions and services.
Throughout her career, Carolyn has advised leadership teams on operational and commercial issues, drafted and negotiated complex ICT and outsourcing agreements, and even worked on agreements for the sale of medical devices and health technology. She's also handled government tenders, negotiated dealership, reseller, and licensing terms, given marketing, advertising, and sponsorship advice, managed disputes and incidents, prepared and reviewed policy documents, and managed legal teams and external lawyers.
Carolyn is highly qualified, having been called to the Bar of England and Wales and admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. But don't let her impressive qualifications scare you off - she's friendly and approachable and will work with you to find the best legal solution for your business.
Carolyn honed her skills with international technology companies and can offer this expertise in a flexible way, virtually anywhere, while leaving fewer footprints.
The environment is her passion. When not focused on commercial clients, she works pro bono for a Community Legal Centre that specialises in animal law.
